Ireland offers a Stay Back visa (Third Level Graduate Scheme) of 1 year for Level 8 (Honours Bachelor's) graduates and 2 years for Level 9+ (Master's/PhD) graduates. After gaining work experience on a Critical Skills Employment Permit, graduates can apply for Stamp 4 (residency permission) after 2 years, and eventually Irish citizenship after 5 years of residency.
